As our User Verification Team Lead, you will:

• Manage User Verification backlogs efficiently, ensuring we always remain proactive and our users don't have to wait.
• Find gaps in our processes and propose fixes that boost our operational efficiency, making processes better for both our users and your team.
• Support and motivate your team of User Verification Agents to reach their KPIs and grow professionally, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement 🚀
