Usher (Temporary/Event Support)

We are hiring Temporary Ushers to support upcoming events in Qatar. This is a short-term, event-based role requiring candidates who are locally available and have previous experience in event support or similar customer-facing roles. Ushers will assist in ensuring smooth event operations and an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them to designated seating or event areas.

• Check event tickets, passes, or wristbands to manage proper entry.

• Assist with seating arrangements and support guest movement throughout the venue.

• Provide accurate information about the event schedule, venue layout, and facilities.

• Manage queues and support crowd control to maintain safety and order.

• Assist guests with accessibility needs or special requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned zones before, during, and after the event.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, security, and event staff for smooth coordination.

• Report lost items, guest concerns, or any incidents promptly.

• Follow all event safety guidelines and venue regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in Qatar.

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, crowded environments.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during event days.

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically active tasks.

• Multilingual candidates (Arabic, English, or others) are an added advantage.
