UX Designer- ARUX

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually appealing, and effective designs.

Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions.

Information Architecture: Develop sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes to structure and organize content in a logical and intuitive manner.

Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes of various fidelities (low to high) to test and iterate on design concepts.

Visual Design: Design high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and a consistent design system (typography, color palettes, iconography, etc.) that aligns with our brand identity.

Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to gather feedback and validate design solutions.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and to deliver high-quality products.

Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, UI component libraries, and design specifications.

Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate your UI/UX design skills and process.

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
