Role Overview

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in creating and improving complex ERP/CRM application interfaces. You will design in Figma, create structured design systems, and work closely with developers and product teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for ERP/CRM applications, including dashboards, forms, workflows, and navigation structures.
• Create and maintain scalable UI kits, reusable components, and design systems in Figma.
• Translate business processes into clear, logical user flows focused on usability and efficiency.
• Ensure designs follow visual hierarchy, consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and best UX practices.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Provide structured documentation, guidelines, and prototypes to support implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
• Proven experience designing for ERP/CRM or data-heavy business applications.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and workflow mapping.
• Strong eye for typography, spacing, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS principles, design tokens, and theming systems.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React, Angular).
