About ADAPT

ADAPT is our flagship platform, a real-time digital mesh connecting the energy sectors Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) ecosystem. About The Role

We are looking for an exceptional UX/UI Lead to define and elevate the user experience of the ADAPT platform — a category-defining, multi-sided digital ecosystem transforming industrial supply chains.

This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategic product thinking with hands-on design execution. You will own the end-to-end user experience across buyers, suppliers, and national-level stakeholders, shaping a platform that must be both powerful and elegantly simple.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performance digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Product Design

Own the end-to-end UX vision and design strategy for the ADAPT platform

Translate complex supply chain and ERP-driven workflows into simple, intuitive user journeys

Define design principles, interaction models, and experience standards across the platform

Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing to continuously refine the product

UI & Design Execution

Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs

Establish and maintain a scalable design system aligned with ADAPT branding

Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all user touchpoints

Drive a clean, modern, enterprise-grade visual language

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver seamless experiences

Act as the voice of the user in product and technical discussions

Guide and mentor designers as the team scales

Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure UX supports adoption and growth

Platform Complexity & Integration

Design experiences that integrate with ERP systems and external data sources

Simplify data-heavy interfaces (inventory, materials, search, analytics) into actionable insights

Ensure performance, responsiveness, and scalability across user types

Candidate Profile

8+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior role

Proven experience designing complex, data-driven platforms (ERP, SaaS, marketplaces, or supply chain systems)

Strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and hands-on design capability

Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles

Experience building and scaling design systems

High proficiency in tools such as Figma (or equivalent)

Highly Desirable

Experience in multi-sided platforms or marketplaces

Exposure to industrial, energy, or supply chain environments

Experience designing for enterprise users and operational workflows
