Vacancy for Property Agent

We are a boutique real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in luxury and high-end properties. We are looking for a motivated and professional Property Agent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, list, and market premium residential and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and close transactions.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai property market trends is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required, Arabic or Russian is an advantage).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
