About the Role:

A2 Properties is seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager / Team Lead to oversee a team of property consultants specializing in off-plan, secondary, and commercial sales. This is a commission-only role, ideal for an experienced closer and motivator who can drive team performance and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
• Manage client relationships and high-value property transactions.
• Oversee daily team activities and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate with developers and manage exclusive listings.
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic sales insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate experience (leadership experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of off-plan, secondary, and commercial markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification (preferred).
• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
