Van Sales Man

The role involves establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion:
• Actively promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a customer base, building strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge:
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.
• Order Processing:
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and delivered to customers as per the agreed schedule.
• Delivery and Distribution:
• Safely operate the delivery van to transport products to customers.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and resources.
• Verify the accuracy of delivered products against the customer's order.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products or services.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
• Stock Management:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the delivery van.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to replenish stock as needed.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and delivering products.
• Ensure the van is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse staff, and other departments to optimize overall business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Knowledge of the local area and its traffic patterns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO350.000 - RO400.000 per month
