Van Salesman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Van Salesman to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to customers from a company van, managing routes, building relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company van to designated routes and deliver products to customers.
• Promote and sell products to existing and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and inventory.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor stock levels and restock van as needed.
• Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety standards.
• Report customer feedback and market trends to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or delivery roles (van sales experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move products.
• Familiarity with local routes and areas.
