Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

As a Vehicle Acquistion Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring vehicles from customers and nurturing existing client partnerships. Your ability to effectively communicate will be essential in driving our business forward. We are looking for a candidate to join us in our 33 Ford location! Essential Responsibilities:

Setting daily appointment to present offers to buy their vehicles.

Generate follow up for each customer.

Generate campaigns of customers to communicate our buy back and upgrade programs.

Consult with the sales management team to determine the process for each appointment that is set.

Work with department manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives.

Build relationships with customers through follow up; actively listen to the customer and ask questions when necessary to understand customers concern, direct calls to other areas of dealership when necessary to meet the needs of the customer.

Handle customer questions or concerns with integrity and poise and, when necessary, create the appropriate resolution.

Adhere to the company polices for the following: Nonpublic information and Dealership Security Awareness.

This role will have an increased customer facing element and the agent performing the job must have the customer's best outcome in mind

Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to walk and move freely to perform job duties effectively

Ability to communicate with customers on the phone and in person.

Ability to sit/stand at lengths of time.

Qualifications:

Professional personal appearance

Experience in sales is requirement.

Training provided to achieve success.

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Outgoing personality!

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Ability to navigate through various websites and programs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
