Vehicle Maintenance Officer

Dreamworld Resort is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance Officer to manage and oversee the maintenance of all resort vehicles.

Requirements:

• DAE / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile
• 5–7 years of proven experience in vehicle maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of all resort vehicles, including staff
• Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and supervise repair work.
• Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and quality checks.
• Maintain records of fuel consumption, tire usage, battery health, and overall vehicle
• performance.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle registration, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor workshop safety and maintenance standards.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and workshop manuals.
• Effective communication and team management abilities.
