Job Title- Vendor Communication Onboarding Executive

Experience- 1-4 years

  • Location: Kolkatta, near Salt lake
  • Education: Graduate in any stream. Background in commerce, management, or communication is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 1–4 years in roles involving customer/vendor interaction - sales support, inside sales, customer service, vendor coordination, or procurement support.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and hunger to prove themselves can also be considered.
  • Experience with SMEs or regional businesses is a plus (because these vendors are often not highly corporate).

Skills & Traits

  • Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Execution Focused: Comfortable making multiple calls/messages daily, following up till the outcome is achieved.
  • Relationship Builder: Can make vendors feel at ease and build long-term trust.
  • Outcome-Driven: Motivated by targets - onboarding, conversions, and response rates.
  • Tech Comfort: Can use WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, CRMs, and adapt to Workwise platform.

Discipline & Ownership: Can work independently from home with accountability on results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
