Vendor Development Executive (Purchase Department)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.

Oversee the supplier evaluation and qualification process, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Sending RFQ’s to supplier and negotiate towards requirement of departments indents.

Prepare CSQ / Capex & P-Bex based on quotes and previous records for procurement

Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchase order creation, issuance, and tracking.

Follow-up with suppliers via mass of communications to adhere the works done on scheduled timeline

Update & submit Cost Saving MIS Report on monthly basis to reporting manager

Submitting data report of Supplier Performance Report & Rating MIS on Monthly Basis

Responsible for maintaining files & documents of purchase department

Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement plans accordingly.

Resolve supplier-related issues, including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies

Minimum Job Requirements

Diploma in Engineering - (Mechanical/Production/Rubber Technology) OR B.A./B. Sc./B. Com

Experience - 1 Years to 2 Years Experience as a Supervisor or in a similar position

Average verbal and written communications skills

Average analytical thinking and negotiation skills

Ability to work under guideline

Well versed with Microsoft Office and ERP
