Vendor Inspection Coordinator

We are looking for a Vendor Inspection Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:

Contract Duration: 24 Months

Job Description:

• Coordinate Vendor inspections to meet project timelines.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and vendor procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, corrective actions, and delivery status.
• Issue inspections release notes and support logistics in arranging shipment post inspection.
• Ensure vendor compliance with quality and project standards.
• Act as a liaison between vendors, inspectors, and project teams.
• Monitor and address inspection deviations or issues.

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in procurement inspection within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiarity with major codes and standards used in Oil & Gas.
• Familiar with ADNOC standards codes.
