Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and compliance.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities and industry best practices.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and value creation.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, service).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (procurement, finance, operations, supply chain, legal) to align vendor selection with business needs.
- Manage risk by ensuring vendor compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and supplier performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or sourcing roles.
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
- Industry-specific sourcing knowledge is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
