About the Role

Leads Expert BPO is hiring Call Center Verifiers for our Medicare Campaign. We are looking for confident, energetic, and detail-oriented professionals to verify customer information and ensure accuracy in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to verify customer details.
• Listen actively and identify customer needs accurately.
• Record complete and precise information in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA experience preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Must be 18 years or older.
