About the Role

P-Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking confident, energetic, and goal-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Verifiers for our Medicare campaign. As the first point of contact with customers, you’ll make outbound calls, verify customer details, and ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound verification calls to Medicare customers.
• Actively listen, understand needs, and respond with clarity and accuracy.
• Record detailed and accurate customer information in the system.
• Identify upselling opportunities when suitable.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centered approach on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (Medicare / ACA preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude with strong rapport-building ability.
• Basic computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
