Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

Busy small-animal veterinarian's office seeking individual to join a cross-trained team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Restraint of patient (Cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments)
• Assisting with examinations
• Preparing samples for examination
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking in clients
• Invoicing clients
• Charting
• Filling prescriptions
• Cleaning kennels and rooms

We are looking for candidates interested in working

• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday mornings from 08:00AM to 01:00PM
• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 01:00PM to 05:30PM
• Occasional Saturdays from 08:00AM to 11:30AM
• Full days on Monday and Friday (08:00AM to 05:30PM) also appreciated

Previous experience appreciated, but not required. We offer training on the job.
