Veterinary Receptionist

Matthews Animal Clinic is seeking an outgoing and compassionate full time receptionist. We are a privately owned, fast paced, and growing clinic. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with the public, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Experience as a veterinary receptionists is a plus, but not required.

Receptionist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting clients
• Checking clients in/out
• Managing a multi-line phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Communicating with veterinarians and support staff
• Multi-tasking in a calm organized manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
