About the Role

• Should be Level 2/3 Vibration Analyst.
• Performing Vibration spectrum analysis is mandatory.
• Detailed knowledge in mechanical fundamentals of rotating electrical equipment (Motors & Generators).
• Vibration and acoustics Data collection for electrical rotating equipment’s.
• Trouble shoots the faults and root cause analysis skill.
• Preparation of report and interact with clients.
• Knowledge & experience in motor or generator’s shaft vibration data collection and data analysis and ability to recommend the type of repairs required.
• Knowledge & experience in motor or generator’s bearing condition assessment by data collection and data analysis and ability to recommend the Scope.
• Knowledge of the CSI 2130, CSI 2140 & Bently ADRE software usage and applications.
• Working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques, knowledge in spectral, time waveform, and Peak view analysis.
• Knowledge and experience in online balancing and laser alignment of rotating equipment.
• Detailed knowledge of general mechanical fundamentals, such as fits and tolerances.
• Knowledge of other rotating machinery fundamentals (pumps, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, etc.).
• Infrared, ultrasound, lubrication, mechanical repair and bearing replacement experience.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage travel, appointments and activities at SITE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with experience in related fields.
• Minimum Experience: 5-10 years in the field of Vibration data Analysis of rotating equipment’s.
