Vice Factory Manager

Primary Purpose:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising all factory operations to ensure optimal production efficiency, quality standards, and workplace safety, maintaining operational readiness.

Core:

• Production Oversight – Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

• Team Management

• Quality Control – Monitor product standards and implement Quality-control programs.

• Cost Efficiency – Manage budgets and optimize resource use to control costs.

• Safety Compliance – Enforce safety regulations and create a safe working environment.

• Maintenance Supervision – Ensure equipment is maintained and downtime is minimized.

• Reporting and Planning – Prepare production reports, analyze performance data, and plan future production activities.

• Hiring, training, and supervising production staff, assigning tasks, and managing performance.

• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Developing and managing budgets, controlling expenses, and negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.

• Preparing and submitting production reports, and providing feedback on factory performance to senior management.

• Implementing innovative strategies to streamline operations and developing plans for production and growth.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as:

• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Business Administration
• Chemistry

Experience:

7–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory or leadership role .
