Assistant Manager – Trampoline Park

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of a leading entertainment/trampoline park in Taif. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer experience and strong operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day park operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer inquiries
  • Oversee bookings, front desk activities, and guest experience
  • Manage cash handling and POS reconciliation
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with café operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

Requirements:

  • Saudi National (fluent in Arabic and English)
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles within fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

  • Experience in entertainment parks, trampoline parks, or leisure facilities
  • First Aid certification
