About the Role
As Vice President – Advisory and Managed Solutions, Wealth Management, you will report to the SVP & Head of Investment Products and play a pivotal role in shaping RAKBANK’s Wealth Management proposition. This position is responsible for establishing and managing our Advisory and Managed Solutions offering, driving strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative portfolio-based services to enhance the Elite and Investment Management value proposition.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop Advisory Proposition:
Introduce portfolio-based advisory services in collaboration with third-party providers.

Managed Solutions Offering:
Build and manage client-centric solutions with a strategic Asset Management partner.

Product Development:
Drive roadmap for Managed Solutions including Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA), model portfolios, discretionary/multi-asset portfolios, and thematic investment ideas.

Partnership Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with asset managers and external providers.

Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Market Insights:
Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Lifecycle Management:
Lead product launches and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.

Performance Monitoring:
Define KPIs and track success of Managed Solutions offerings.

Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:
Minimum 12+ years in Wealth Management with direct exposure to SAA, TAA, model portfolios, and discretionary/multi-asset strategies.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
