Vice President, Global PR & Communications
Bethesda, part of the ZeniMax Media Inc. family of companies, is an award-winning creator and worldwide publisher of interactive entertainment. Titles featured under the Bethesda label include such blockbuster franchises as Starfield®, The Elder Scrolls®, DOOM®, QUAKE®, Fallout®, Wolfenstein®, Dishonored®, The Evil Within™, Prey® and RAGE®, etc.
The Bethesda Vice President, Global PR & Communications is responsible for setting overall global PR strategy & direction for Bethesda’s games, brand reputation, and internal communications. They will build and manage a high-performing global PR team of managers and individual contributors to drive awareness and player engagement across all our titles as well as the overall comms strategy and narrative for the company brand. They will constantly optimize communication plans and execution, work cross-functionally with senior leaders across Bethesda and Xbox, and ensure alignment for our initiatives, assets, events and communication plans. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Content Communications at Xbox.

Salary Range
POSITION TITLE - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $250,000 - $375,000 per year.
ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
