Vice President Human Resources

A high-growth, private equity–backed energy infrastructure platform focused on utility-scale battery storage is seeking a Vice President, Corporate to lead HR and Corporate Operations. The company has an established U.S. operating portfolio and a substantial development pipeline, and is scaling rapidly.


This hire will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Corporate Operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and governance standards. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. This hire can work from either Texas or Illinois.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across HR and Corporate Operations
  • Oversee talent strategy, compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Direct IT strategy, systems, cybersecurity, and technology investments
  • Manage corporate offices, compliance processes, and administrative operations
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and support executive decision-making
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (minimum 5 years in a multi-functional leadership role)
  • Background in private equity–backed, high-growth companies
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong strategic, operational, and leadership capabilities
