Vice President, Marketing

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership & Brand Integration
- Lead the global marketing strategy, ensuring unified messaging and brand consistency across Simoa®, Akoya, and Lucent Diagnostics portfolios
- Partner with Product Management and Commercial leadership to align campaigns, launches, and thought leadership around major initiatives (e.g., BD-Tau, p-Tau panels, spatial neuro panels)
- Collaborate closely with CEO, CCO, and executive team to prioritize marketing investments, optimize resource allocation, and drive cross-functional execution
Content, Communications & Enablement
- Oversee the creation and cadence of internal and external communications
- Drive high-impact storytelling across channels—press, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and major conference activations
- Supervise content systems and platforms for sales enablement and collateral alignment
- Develop thought leadership and executive visibility through media placements, op-eds, and strategic PR efforts
Partner & Agency Management
- Direct relationships with external agencies - PR & earned media, website development & brand experience, SEO and Google Ads, Pardot automation and campaign optimization, and event production
- Ensure all agency deliverables align with Quanterix’s strategic objectives and ROI expectations
Digital & Demand Generation
- Oversee integration of Pardot and Salesforce CRM
- Lead marketing automation, lead flow optimization, and campaign performance analytics
- Manage web performance and SEO, leveraging analytics to guide content and ad strategies
- Own the website editorial calendar, digital experience, and data-driven improvements
Events & Product Launches
- Oversee strategic presence at global scientific conferences (e.g., SITC, SfN, CTAD, AAIC, AD/PD)
- Coordinate product launches, speaking engagements, and customer activations—bridging discovery-to-diagnostic messaging
- Partner with Commercial, R&D, and Operations to execute launch timelines and measure post-event ROI
Analytics & Executive Reporting
- Track and report KPIs for marketing performance, including website traffic, lead conversions, and event ROI
- Deliver quarterly executive summaries and insights to inform leadership and investor communications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership ideally within life sciences, diagnostics, or biotech tools sectors but not required
- MBA or advanced degree (Marketing, Business, or related Life Sciences field)
- Continuing education in digital marketing, data analytics, or commercial strategy is a plus
- Experience managing global marketing operations
- Proven success leading multi-brand integration and digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in marketing automation (Pardot/Salesforce), PR, and multi-channel campaign management
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of scientific communications, KOL engagement, and B2B lead generation
