Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-Site)

Reports To: CEO & Executive Team

Flock Audio is a professional audio technology manufacturer headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. We design and build industry-leading digitally controlled analog routing systems used by top studios and engineers worldwide.

We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven VP of Finance to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations, capital strategy, and cash management.

This role reports directly to the CEO and carries full financial authority. As the company scales, you will build and lead the finance function.

The Mandate

• Lead cash flow management and implement disciplined forecasting
• Secure and manage growth financing
• Strengthen working capital (AR, AP, inventory management)
• Improve margins and cost controls across product lines
• Establish financial reporting systems and internal controls
• Oversee and ensure accuracy of accounting and bookkeeping

You will own both strategic financial direction and day-to-day financial integrity.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or inventory-driven businesses
• Demonstrated success optimizing capital strategy and negotiating partner terms
• Strong expertise in cash flow modeling and working capital optimization
• Willingness to operate hands-on in a growth-stage company
• Ability to build and lead a finance team over time

• Not bookkeeping-only
• Not advisory
• Not a passive reporting function

This is an execution-focused leadership role with measurable impact. Technology, Retail Product &/or Manufacturing Financial experience is a valued asset.
