About the Role

At Miral Experiences , we create world-class destinations that bring joy to millions. We are looking for a Vice President of Human Resources - UAE National to join our executive leadership team and lead a team of senior HR leaders across multiple Centers of Expertise (CoEs).

This strategic role serves as the primary HR advisor to senior executives, responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives, embedding HR initiatives throughout the organization, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusion.


What You’ll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead and manage senior HR leaders and CoE heads, ensuring HR strategies drive business performance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters, advising executive leadership on organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide HR policies, systems, and programs.
  • Oversee HR headcount budgets, compensation frameworks, and organizational structures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Collaboration with CoEs

  • Provide leadership and direction to Talent Management, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CoE initiatives with HR Business Partners and business units.

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex HR issues, change management, and organizational transformation.
  • Represent HR in executive forums, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Mentor and develop senior HR leaders, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive HR team.
  • Ensure HR teams are equipped with the skills, resources, and support needed to deliver best-in-class services.

Change Management & Employee Relations

  • Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, restructuring, and transformation.
  • Drive cultural transformation in partnership with business leaders.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and a positive work environment.


What we are looking for:

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • CIPD qualification (Desirable)

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years in progressive HR leadership roles, including managing senior HR teams and CoEs
  • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and driving enterprise-wide HR strategy
  • Operational experience in GCC and the leisure/theme park industry experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic and results-driven senior HR business partner
  • Strong background in HR strategy, organizational design, and employee relations
  • High emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and operational excellence
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle HRMS/HCM and HR consulting skills
