About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President – Sales for one of our leading clients in the commercial interior designing space.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven record in business development, client engagement, and sales strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement – Connect with potential commercial clients seeking interior design services.
• Product Knowledge – Stay updated with trends, materials & technologies in commercial interiors.
• Proposal Development – Collaborate with design teams to create impactful proposals.

Project Coordination – Work with project managers, vendors & contractors for smooth execution.

• Budget Management – Prepare accurate cost estimates & manage budgets.
• Relationship Building – Maintain strong ties with clients, architects & industry stakeholders.
• Market Research – Identify emerging trends & track competitors.
• Sales Strategy – Achieve revenue targets & explore upselling opportunities.
• Client Education – Highlight the value & ROI of proposed design solutions.
• Contract Negotiation – Ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Proven track record in commercial sales leadership
• Expertise in business development & relationship management
• Strong network within the interior design industry
