1- JOB PURPOSE:
As a Video Content Creator, you'll craft short-form videos that captivate audiences across social platforms. From ideation to filming and editing, you'll turn ideas into visually stunning, platform-native content that drives engagement, shapes trends, and transforms brand messages. You'll collaborate with internal teams and contribute to impactful digital campaigns.
2- RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

Conceptualize and create engaging and original short-form video content for Tiktok, Instagram Reels and any platform supporting vertical content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Stay ahead of trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy

Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.

Execute end-to-end video production, including ideation, filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, to deliver polished and high-quality content that can be used on different platforms.

Experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences.

Analyse video performance metrics, insights, and adapt content strategies to drive engagement and growth
3- JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
2-3 years at least of relevant content creation/videography projects

A solid portfolio of vertical content, other formats are a plus

A deep understanding of Vertical's platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture

Great knowledge of mobile videography and ability to shoot with a camera as well [sony a7s or fx models]

Proficiency in video editing software specially capcut & mobile software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content

Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly

Ability to match ongoing trends to tactical creative content pieces

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the Vertical audience
Toolset

Great knowledge of mobile videography with Iphone and/or Samsung flagship models

Ability to shoot with mirrorless cameras, e.g., Sony A7S series or FX series

Familiarity with various video and sound equipment, including gimbals, tripods, microphones, and lighting setups

Extensive experience with mobile editing tools (in-app editors such as TikTok and Instagram, CapCut) and PC editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)

Solid understanding of AI workflows; motion graphics skills are a plus
