Location: La Palma, CA (warehouse) + SoCal customer job sites (OC/LA)
Hours: 20–30 hrs/week (flexible)
Compensation: Paid, hourly (non-exempt). $16.50+ (DOE)
Duration: 3–6 months, potential for extension/full-time

The Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Content Creator Intern to produce high-quality video content that showcases our products and installations. You’ll be the visual storyteller behind our brand, creating videos for our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce engaging product videos and installation walkthroughs
• Capture video + audio in the warehouse and at active job sites (installs, behind-the-scenes, walkthroughs)
• Create short-form social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) from long-form footage
• Assist in developing creative concepts and storyboards for campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with St. Nick’s brand voice and visual style
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to plan shoots safely and efficiently
• Maintain gear checklist; troubleshoot basic issues with mics, lights, and gimbals

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro required; Final Cut/After Effects a plus)
• Basic knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, and audio recording
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and holiday décor

Nice-to-haves

• Motion graphics or animation experience
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok content creation and analytics
• Interest in commercial holiday décor and immersive experiences
