Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging short-form and long-form content for our global K-culture platform. The Video Editor will work closely with influencers, creators, and the marketing team to edit videos optimized for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels.

The ideal candidate understands fast-paced social media editing styles, storytelling, and visual trends popular in the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Transform raw footage from creators into engaging, high-quality content.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Optimize video formats for different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with creators and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with K-culture themes and brand identity.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and editing standard across the platform.
• Manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain editing workflows.
• Deliver videos on tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or social media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
• Understanding of short-form content trends and social media engagement strategies.
• Ability to create dynamic and fast-paced edits suitable for influencer content.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in K-culture (K-pop, K-drama, Korean fashion, beauty, lifestyle).
• Experience editing content for influencers or creator-driven platforms.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics and social media performance metrics.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
