We don't just take pictures and shoot boring walkthroughs; we build high-end marketing assets for top-tier real estate agents and renovation companies. We are growing fast, and we need a visionary video editor who can take our raw footage and turn it into scroll-stopping, high-converting magic.

The Role We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor who specializes in fast-paced, modern real estate content and Instagram Reels. We are looking for a creative partner. Our ideal candidate is someone we can hand a folder of unedited property footage to, knowing they will return a highly polished, engaging video that perfectly matches the energy of the property.

You will be the creative engine behind our social media deliverables. Not only will you edit, but you will also study the platform, track what is trending, and pitch us new ideas and shot lists so our camera operators can capture exactly what you need to make the next viral edit.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Scroll-Stopping Content: Edit high-energy, vertical Reels (Instagram/TikTok) and cinematic horizontal property tours.
• Creative Autonomy: Take unedited footage and independently craft a compelling story using trend-appropriate music, flawless beat-syncing, speed ramping, and seamless transitions.
• Trend Spotting & Ideation: Live and breathe Instagram and TikTok trends. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and provide our on-site shooters with specific direction or shot requests.
• Real-Time Collaboration: Be highly responsive. We move incredibly fast in the real estate world. You must be available during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and be comfortable communicating via text/messaging for quick updates, revisions, and brainstorming.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure color grading, audio leveling, and pacing are perfect before the final export.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing high-engagement real estate, luxury lifestyle, or architectural content.
• Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or advanced CapCut workflows.
• A deep, intuitive understanding of what performs well on Instagram Reels right now.
• Availability during EST hours.

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
