Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

Create engaging edits that align with each client’s brand identity and goals.

Perform color correction, audio balancing, captioning, and basic motion graphics.

Organize and manage footage from multiple client shoots.

Collaborate with account managers, photographers, and designers to execute creative concepts.

Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely manner.

Maintain project deadlines and manage multiple edits simultaneously.

Stay up to date on social media trends and editing styles.

Qualifications

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is required.

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media content.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Experience editing content for restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing previous short-form editing work is required.

Preferred Skills

Color grading and audio editing.

Motion graphics experience.

Experience using Canva, Google Drive, and ClickUp.

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
