Video Editor (Full Time, On-site, I-8/4 Islamabad)

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy Video Editor who lives and breathes CapCut Pro. You will focus entirely on producing high-impact, short-form video content that thrives on Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram ads, and beyond. If you can turn a simple idea into a scroll-stopping edit using CapCut Pro’s full toolkit—AI effects, auto-captions, smooth transitions, and trending templates—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high-energy short-form video content using CapCut Pro (mobile and desktop) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram ads, and other social platforms.
• Transform raw footage into polished, on-brand videos that align perfectly with marketing campaigns and performance goals.
• Use CapCut Pro’s motion graphics, text animations, auto-captions, and AI-powered effects to elevate every clip.
• Select and sync music, voice-overs, and sound effects with razor-sharp pacing and timing.
• Optimize video content for different social platform specs, aspect ratios, and trends—all directly within CapCut.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm video concepts and creative strategies.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Uphold brand voice and quality standards in every piece of content.

Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise in CapCut Pro (mobile and desktop) demonstrated by a strong portfolio of short-form work.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, video formats, and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Skilled in creating eye-catching text overlays, dynamic transitions, and using CapCut’s AI features (auto-captions, background removal, motion tracking, etc.).
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes a viewer stop scrolling.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving team.
• Must be a resident of Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Applications from other cities will not be considered.
