Brand Republic is looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor Intern to join our creative team. This internship is ideal for aspiring video editors who want to gain hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, post-production, and social media content creation.

The selected candidate will work on real-world projects, assisting in the production of engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media platforms while learning industry-standard workflows.

Internship Details

• Position: Video Editor Intern
• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 06, Karachi
• Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
• Job Type: Full-Time Internship (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content
• Assist in creating Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content
• Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, basic motion graphics, and visual enhancements
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the marketing team to produce engaging content
• Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows
• Revise videos based on creative feedback and project requirements
• Stay updated with current editing trends and platform-specific content formats

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
• Basic understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, and composition
• Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced creative environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma, certification, or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or a related field
• Portfolio, academic projects, or personal editing work showcasing your creativity
