From patient success reels to clinic highlight videos and social media campaigns, you’ll craft visuals that make our mission come alive. You’ll bring energy, precision, and creativity to every frame ensuring every piece of content reflects the heart of Alliance Orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
• Add branding, captions, graphics, and transitions to ensure visual consistency and elevate storytelling.
• Collaborate with videographers, creative directors, and marketing teams to shape high-impact narratives.
• Maintain a structured and efficient editing workflow, including organized media archives and project files.
• Create subtle motion graphics and animated elements that enhance video engagement.
• Stay current with video trends and editing styles to keep our content fresh, relevant, and dynamic.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact through editing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and creative storytelling.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to bring new ideas to the table.

• 8–10 polished, on-brand deliverables per week.
• 3-day turnaround time for standard edits.
• 100% adherence to brand style and visual standards.
