Video Editor & Social Media Creative Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who loves bringing ideas to life through videos and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, unique marketing ideas, and the ability to create professional short-form content that connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Creation & Editing:

• Create, edit, and produce engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos for social media.
• Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics for professional-quality output.
• Bring unique and creative concepts to life through storytelling and editing.
• Repurpose video content across different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X).
• Work with marketing and design teams to plan and execute video campaigns and ad creatives.

Graphic Design & Creative Posts:

• Design visually appealing posts, infographics, event creatives, and promotional banners.
• Ensure every design aligns with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
• Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.

Social Media Management:

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across all social media platforms.
• Write engaging captions and use hashtags strategically for better reach and engagement.
• Monitor trends, viral content formats, and create timely videos or posts.
• Collaborate with teams to plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation.
• Strong knowledge of tools like:
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, VN, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Passion for creative marketing and digital storytelling.
• Excellent communication in Telugu and English.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit quickly with attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and innovative mindset.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in managing brand or company social media pages.
• Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or photography.
• Experience in ad video creation or campaign-based content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
