At bMedia , we don’t just create content—we tell powerful stories across the GCC. From cinematic commercials and corporate films to 3D animation, digital campaigns, and immersive event visuals, our work shapes how brands are seen and remembered.

Now, we’re looking for a Production Manager / Project Manager who can lead our projects from pitch to post. Someone who thrives under pressure, juggles multiple clients with a smile, and knows what it takes to bring creative ideas to life—on time and on budget.

• Lead the execution of video production and animation projects, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables—no matter how fast the turnaround.
• Serve as the key point of contact for clients—ensuring communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and trust is built.
• Coordinate with directors, editors, animators, VFX artists, and production crew.
• Problem-solve in real time and adapt fast to changing client needs.

• Previous experience at a video production company or creative agency is a must .
• Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with production workflows (from pre-pro to post).
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a bonus).
• Passion for storytelling, creative thinking, and media production.

• Experience working across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, or GCC markets
• Bilingual: Arabic/English
• Understanding of VFX/3D animation pipelines
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Monday, Notion, or Frame.io
