Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality
video content for our brand, with a strong emphasis on social media content across all of
Mizu’s channels.


The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling ability, technical expertise with cameras and
editing software, and a proven ability to create short-form content that aligns with current
platform trends and performs well.


This role will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to elevate Mizu’s creative output. The
Social Media Manager will support concept development, captioning, sound selection, and
posting. This role will primarily focus on creative concepts, shooting, and editing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for marketing, social media, events, and internal use
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
  • Capture content designed for short-form performance (strong hooks, clear storytelling, fast pacing, and platform-native framing)
  • Edit footage using professional editing software to create polished, on-brand final videos optimized for each platform (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Youtube, etc.)
  • Stay current with social media video trends, formats, and editing styles, and proactively bring ideas that fit Mizu's brand.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming
  • Edit footage using professional editing software to create polished final videos
  • Manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain backups
  • Ensure videos meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and project requirements
  • Set up and break down production equipment for shoots
  • Stay current with video production trends, tools, and techniques
  • Assist with live event video production when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with examples of short-form social work
  • Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Experience with motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus
  • Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Basic color grading and sound design skills
  • Knowledge of social media video formats and trends
