PAY RANGE: $23 - $28
TRAVEL: None
INTRODUCTORY PERIOD: 90 days
POSITION SUMMARY
The Videographer reports directly to the Video & Multimedia Manager and supports the Marketing and Communications division by helping produce effective, inspiring stories that align with organizational priorities. This role is responsible for the capture, color, processing, and distribution of a range of visual media. This individual will also maintain and operate an in-house studio.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post-Production & Editing: 60%
· Edit and post assets for video/audio use on YouTube, web, and social media.
· Create compelling stories from interviews, event capture, and in-studio footage.
· Edit creative short-form social media content for promotion and engagement.
· Ensure continuity with brand and image within multimedia engagement.
Production & Studio Management: 30%
· Maintain and operate in-house studio functions and equipment.
· Capture professional, original, and high-quality videography and photography.
Media Management & Archiving: 10%
· Master all event and large-scale footage for permanent storage and documentation.
· Establish and manage photo/video arches, overseeing storage and asset management.
COMPETENCIES PREFERRED/REQUIRED:
The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed for this position.
· 2-3 years of professional video production experience (photography desired but not required).
· Foundational video production skill sets, including: camera operation, color grading, audio mixing, editing, lighting, and understanding of essential production roles.
· Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs of camera and lighting equipment.
· Requires occasional evenings, weekends, or travel (3-7 opportunities per year) based on production needs.

· Projects finished on time, on brand, and within budget.
· Quality creative development and innovation that is consistent with branding, ministry voice, and messaging.
· Cataloging of video and image library for storage and access.
