Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video footage of properties and real estate projects.
• Edit and produce professional videos for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging content that highlights property features and attracts potential buyers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance content creation and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Real Estate Videography.
• Strong video shooting and camera operation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent video editing skills using professional editing software.
• Experience with AI content creation tools such as Higgsfield.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
