Videographer and Social Media Coordinator

Renovation Church is a fast-growing community that is passionate about following Jesus and helping others do the same. Since the recent shift to a church with multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities north metro we have grown in attendance from 500 to over 3,000 people over the past four years. The Videographer & Social Media Coordinator is a key member of Renovation Church’s creative team. This person leads our social media strategy, serves as the creative team lead on Sundays, and produces high-quality videos. • Experienced with Adobe Suite.

• Proficient in maximizing social media engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Social Media Strategy:

Own our Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube presence. Create and schedule engaging content, monitor performance, and foster meaningful audience engagement.

Sunday Photo/Video Lead:

• Capture photos and video content (for future use) during Sunday services.
• Lead the volunteer photo/video team to ensure all key moments are covered.
• Oversee the volunteer sermon upload team, ensuring messages are uploaded accurately and on schedule. (*our production team handles the capture of the full message, your team handles uploading it

Videography & Content Production:

Film and edit high-quality videos for Sunday services, ministry initiatives, and digital evangelism projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team on content strategy and storytelling
• Coordinate volunteer schedules and provide training and feedback.
• Work with the graphic designer to deliver assets on time.
• Organize and archive media for social media, website, marketing, and internal use.
• Partner with ministry leaders on video requests and special projects.
