Position Overview
Paradox Brands is seeking a talented and creative Videographer / Content Creator to join our team. This role will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photo and video content for Paradox Brands and the brands within its portfolio. The ideal candidate is both creative and hands-on, with experience planning shoots, sourcing talent, capturing strong visual content, editing final assets, and helping develop new content ideas based on market and competitor trends.
This position requires someone who can take ownership of the content creation process from concept to completion and help bring each brand’s visual identity to life. Camera equipment can/will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for Paradox Brands and its portfolio brands
- Attend photoshoots, brand events, and other on-site content opportunities
- Plan and execute shoots that align with each brand’s visual direction and marketing goals
- Source, coordinate, and help secure models or talent for photoshoots and campaigns
- Edit and retouch photos for digital, social, website, and marketing use
- Edit video footage into polished final content for social media, websites, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Organize and manage media files, content libraries, and final deliverables
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts and campaign assets
- Analyze competitor content, industry trends, and market activity to identify opportunities for stronger creative direction
- Contribute new content ideas and strategies based on competitor research, social media trends, and brand goals
- Help shape content strategies that improve brand visibility, engagement, and overall marketing performance
- Ensure all visual content remains consistent with brand standards, tone, and overall aesthetic
- Stay current on content trends, social media visuals, and creative best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and content editing
- Strong portfolio showing both photo and video work
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver polished visual assets across multiple formats and platforms
- Experience with lighting, camera equipment, composition, and visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media content and what performs well across digital platforms
- Ability to analyze competitor content and translate insights into effective creative strategies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable attending events, directing shoots, and working with models or talent
- Experience sourcing or coordinating models is a plus
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail and brand presentation
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
