Videographer: Content/Social

Medusa Distribution is built on the foundation of one of the largest national distributors in the ancillary cannabis space and operates a growing portfolio of brands including NWTN Home, MJ Arsenal, Cartisan, Softglass, BigFun!, and Human Grade.

We’re a creative, fast-moving team that thrives on strong visuals and storytelling. We’re looking for a full-time Videographer to join our in-house content team to support both e-commerce and social channels through high-quality short-form video and still imagery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting/filming product, still life, and lifestyle content and is excited to help shape how multiple brands show up online.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.)
• Assist with video editing and motion content as needed
• Create engaging still-life and lifestyle shoots for marketing and social use
• Coordinate with marketing & warehouse staff to obtain products for shoots
• Edit, organize, and manage video/photo assets within internal systems
• Maintain a clean and organized photography workspace (if in NJ Office)
• Support creative projects across brands as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse-based studio environment (if in NJ Office)
• Collaborative, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable balancing production needs with creative exploration

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Up-to-date on Social Media Trends
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory
• Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
• Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (if in NJ Office)

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday 9AM-5PM
• Remote or On-site (if located in NJ)

• $60,000 - $70,000 Annually based on experience
