Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Editor with a strong background in real estate project launches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that highlights our projects, launch events, and brand presence. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for storytelling to engage potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, launch event coverage, walkthroughs, and testimonial videos for real estate projects.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to create video concepts aligned with launch campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Capture drone footage, time-lapse, and cinematic shots to showcase properties and events.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content optimized for digital platforms (social media, YouTube, website) and offline presentations.
• Manage all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, and motion graphics.
• Maintain an organized video archive and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and real estate marketing content styles.
• Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and creative agencies when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
