About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Videographer & Editor who can independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media. You’ll work across promotional shoots, testimonials, event coverage, reels, and training content.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, events, and brand content.
• Create reels, stories, interviews, course promos, testimonials, and event highlights.
• Handle lighting, framing, audio, and setup during shoots.
• Edit using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Add basic motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
• Repurpose long content into short-form clips for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and organize video files, backups, and media assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio gear.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media formats and trends.
• Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and branding.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Photography or basic graphic design skills.
