Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual retail sales targets for the assigned area.
Develop and execute retail sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Manage, motivate, and train sales executives and channel partners.
Ensure strong secondary and tertiary sales performance across retail outlets.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest proactive strategies.
Conduct regular market visits for retail audits, visibility, and promotional execution.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for product availability and campaigns.
Prepare and review area sales reports, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
Maintain healthy relationships with key retailers and trade partners.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical thinking with a result-oriented approach.
Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Deep understanding of the retail and distribution landscape in Mumbai.
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management with 8 to 10 years Experience required
