A dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Housekeeper is required to maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of luxury villas, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and adherence to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain villa interiors, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces as required.
- Ensure all furnishings, surfaces, and fixtures are polished, organized, and maintained to luxury standards.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing linens and personal clothing.
- Replenish villa amenities and supplies, ensuring nothing is missing or below standard.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor or property manager promptly.
- Maintain discretion and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Follow Health & Safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Assist with additional household tasks as required, such as organizing storage or special villa preparations for events.
- Prepare daily activity reports, noting completed tasks, villa condition, and any special instructions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a villa housekeeper, private residence housekeeper, or in luxury hospitality housekeeping preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering a luxury experience.
- Discretion, professionalism, and respect for residents’ privacy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Physically capable of performing household tasks, including lifting and prolonged standing.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
