  • Greet VIP customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional service.
  • Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all guests receive professional service that exceeds expectations.
  • Follow brand-specific sequence of service standards.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of menu items to describe and make suggestive selling.
  • Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Manage table setup and close-down within assigned section.
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, including condiment sets and napkin containers.
  • Coordinate with cashier for accurate handling of orders, invoices, and tips.
  • Keep all workstations and equipment clean and organized.
  • Participate in departmental briefings and contribute to open team communication.
