Greet VIP customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional service.

Take and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure all guests receive professional service that exceeds expectations.

Follow brand-specific sequence of service standards.

Possess thorough knowledge of menu items to describe and make suggestive selling.

Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Manage table setup and close-down within assigned section.

Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, including condiment sets and napkin containers.

Coordinate with cashier for accurate handling of orders, invoices, and tips.

Keep all workstations and equipment clean and organized.

Participate in departmental briefings and contribute to open team communication.

Perform additional duties as required to support service operations.
